The famous mimed version of Natalie Imbruglia's international mega-hit Torn by English comedian David Armand, playing here the character of Johann Lippowitz, an Austrian "interpretive dance artist". A very gracious Natalie guest stars for him. This performance was given for The Secret Policeman's Ball, in 2006, for Amnesty International.

A-ha - The Sun Always Shines On TV
Talking about Scandinavian pop suddenly reminded me of one of the songs of A-ha that I still enjoy hearing on the radio : The Sun Always Shines On TV.
La pop scandinave de Ternheim m'a soudain rappelé les Norvégiens d'A-Ha (qui sont en pleine tournée d'adieu) et The Sun Always Shines On TV, une chanson que j'entends toujours avec pas mal de plaisir quand elle passe à la radio.

Here is another version, a 1993 live in South America. Morten is in great vocal shape. He was without doubt one of the great voices of the 80's and 90's pop music, whatever you think of the band's songs).
Voici une autre version, un live de 1993 en Amérique du Sud. Grande forme vocale de Morten (indéniablement l'une des grandes voix de la pop des années 80-90, quoi qu'on pense de la musique du groupe).

Last version : a 2006 live in Chile. Morten struggles. It's 13 years later and it seems to me that the sound's engeneering prevents him from hearing himself very well. As a result, he sings rather out of tune. And it's a bit of a catastrophy in the end. But what a handsome guy ! :)
Dernière version : un live de 2006 au Chili. Morten a du mal. On est 13 ans plus tard et j'ai l'impression que le retour son l'empêche de bien s'entendre, ce qui fait qu'il ne chante pas très juste et que c'est un peu la catastrophe à la fin. Mais quel beau mec, tout de même :p.
